While on-site, please wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all posted safety signs. We prohibit access to restricted areas without prior authorization to maintain security. Load & Unload Details
For service providers visiting our property, we have a straightforward parking system to ensure convenience and order. Upon arrival, please park your vehicles in the designated “Service Parking” areas, which are clearly marked for your ease. It’s important to follow the signage that leads to these spots to maintain an efficient flow of traffic. We ask that you limit the parking time to your service operation hours and move your vehicle once your work is completed. Given the limited space, we also request that you park considerately within the allocated lines to accommodate all service providers. Should you need any assistance or have questions about parking, our property management team is readily available to help.
Parking Details
When visiting our property for work, it’s important to dress appropriately to ensure your safety and compliance with our guidelines. All workers are required to wear short-sleeve or long-sleeve shirts that fit snugly to avoid getting caught in machinery. Sleeveless tops are not permitted. Long pants are also mandatory to protect against potential hazards like sparks and debris. Hard hats must be worn at all times to guard against head injuries, and safety glasses are necessary for eye protection. We also require sturdy work boots, preferably with steel toes, to protect your feet from sharp objects. Gloves with a safety rating of two or three are recommended to safeguard your hands. Lastly, brightly colored reflective safety vests are required to ensure you are visible at all times, especially in low light conditions. Please refrain from wearing any jewelry and keep long hair tied back to prevent any accidents.
